The following terms and conditions of use apply to the use of mesibo Website, software, and services. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time at the sole discretion of mesibo without any notice and will become binding immediately upon posting. By accessing or using the mesibo Website, software, and services, you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing mesibo website, services, and software. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1. Limitation on Warranties, Remedies, and Liability

  1. You acknowledge that mesibo is a Messaging and Voice & Video over IP (VoIP) service requiring good internet services. The quality of mesibo services is highly dependent on the quality of internet services you use, which we do not provide nor have control over.
  2. You further agree that mesibo does not warrant that the service will be without failure, delay, interruption, error, or loss of content. In no event shall mesibo or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on mesibo's website.
  3. You further agree that mesibo services are not intended for emergency or mission-critical systems.
  4. The mesibo service and material on mesibo's website are provided "as is". mesibo makes no warranties, expressed or implied.
  5. You acknowledge that mesibo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the mesibo Services at any time, for any or no reason, without prior notice and without liability or refund.

2. Usage of mesibo Services

  1. You acknowledge that no additional documentation is required to be signed as a condition of using mesibo services.
  2. You further agree to use the service only for lawful purposes as per all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. You acknowledge that all sudden increases in service usage are subject to the availability of service resources.
  4. You further agree that mesibo reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services or Accounts at any time with or without notice.

3. Restrictions Against Misusing the Services

  1. Copying and Reverse Engineering — You agree not to copy, cache, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, or remove copyright notices from any software or proprietary information on this Website.
  2. No Circumventing Fees — You agree not to create multiple accounts to get free evaluation credits, abuse any free service quotas, or offer access to the services under a "time-sharing" model.
  3. No Fake Identities — You agree not to use fake names or disposable emails to create mesibo accounts or to circumvent fees.
  4. You agree that mesibo may suspend your account without notice and without refund if found to violate our terms.

4. Payment Terms and Credits

  1. You acknowledge that mesibo reserves the right to charge for the mesibo Services and to change its fees from time to time at its discretion.
  2. mesibo offers the service free of charge during the evaluation period. Hence, mesibo does not offer any refund in any circumstances.
  3. You as a customer are responsible for any taxes and will pay mesibo for the services without any reduction for taxes.
  4. No purchase order is required to purchase mesibo services.
  5. mesibo may remove free credits from an account if multiple accounts were created to gain them.
  6. mesibo reserves the right to remove any account and account data that is not incurring charges or is inactive for more than 7 days, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Feedback

  1. mesibo owns all Intellectual Property Rights in the mesibo services and content contained in this Website, including software, product information, technology, user guides, trade names, graphics, designs, and logos.
  2. Any information you communicate to mesibo regarding feature requests, bugs, or feedback may be used by mesibo without any obligation to you.
  3. mesibo ignores and discards all Email Disclaimers and may use information content as indicated above. It is your responsibility to contact mesibo for any corrections within 60 minutes of any such error.

6. Suspension

  1. mesibo may suspend an account and services without prior notice if it breaches any mesibo terms.
  2. mesibo may suspend an account without refund if found to violate terms or engage in indecent behaviors, fraudulent practices, or creating multiple accounts to gain free credits.
  3. mesibo does not refund any unused portion of subscription fees.
  4. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

7. Others

  1. mesibo reserves the right to use your application name and screenshots in marketing literature for purposes of promotion and presentation.
  2. This Website may contain forward-looking statements that are subject to risks and uncertainties.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to mesibo's services shall be governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

mesibo cares deeply about online privacy. This privacy policy covers how we treat the personal information that we collect and receive when you register for and use our services.

mesibo collects the following information to provide our services:

  • Your e-mail address to create and access your mesibo API account, send notifications and newsletters.
  • Your phone number when you install our apps on Android or iOS.
  • Your contacts (address book) when you install our apps, so we can create a list of your favorite contacts.

We do not reveal any of your personal information to other mesibo users or any third party.

Automatic Tracking

By using our website, we may track certain non-personally-identifiable information including the URL from which you arrived, your click path, browser type, and IP address. mesibo may use cookies and browser local storage to store visitors' preferences and record session information.
